Centre facilities
Our building offers versatile spaces for recreational activities, business meetings, social gatherings, and more. Ideal for private events, including weddings, children’s parties, and celebrations. Hire fees and proceeds from fundraising events like pop-up pubs, quizzes, markets, and live music support building maintenance.
The Café area has both internal and external seating on a covered patio.
Hauxton Centre Rooms
Kitchen
Our venue provides a kitchen equipped with a small fridge and ovens, as well as cutlery, glasses, and crockery for hirers to use. However, hirers must supply their own baking trays, tea towels, kitchen roll, cleaning products, and cloths. There may be shared kitchen use with the café, but this is negotiable. For more details, please discuss your requirements with the Booking Manager.
Meeting room
The meeting room is also available for hire – excluding parties.
Children’s Playground
The playground is on the recreation ground adjacent to the Centre, with the indoor and outside seating areas of the Cafe overlooking it. This facility is available to hirers of the hall. There is also a basketball practice court.
Please note that BBQs are not permitted on or around the playground.

Regular classes take place at the Centre. Please view the Bookings Calendar for details
Booking a room at the Centre
Check room availability on our bookings calendar below, then email bookings@hauxton.net with date, time slot, and party description. We’ll confirm your booking by email and send an invoice. Full fees due within 7 days to secure date, with full hire fees due 4 weeks before booking.
